Refund policy
Our exchange policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your original purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Since all of our products are custom and made to order, we do not offer refunds. If your order has not gone into production at the time of your request, we can offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days from original purchase. You must send your unused hat/garment back to us to replace for re-application unless the actual hat/garment is damaged. At that point we will use a new hat/garment.
To complete your exchange, we require photos of the defective or damaged hat/garment.

Shipping & Shipping Returns
DOMESTIC: Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding major holidays) for your item(s) to arrive. Typically products are shipped within 3-5 business days of the orders placement date.
RATES: Shipping within the U.S. is Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99. This is subject to change at anytime.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP TO CUSTOMERS IN UTAH AND ANYONE THAT IS INTERESTED IN DRIVING TO MILLARD COUNTY.
To return your product, please email us at admin@lemmonslidz.com for shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time is it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
