Our Exchange policy last 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Since our products are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days. You must send your unused hat/garment back to us to replace for re-application to the same hat/garment unless the actual hat/garment is damaged. At that point we will use a new hat/garment. To complete your exchange, we require photos of the defective or damaged hat/garment.
